By purchasing from Lenses Craft, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully:
Exchange Policy
We provide an exchange only if there is any defective product.
Opened lenses cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
Customers must check parcel contents before opening the seal of the product.
Unopened/defective items must be packed securely and sent back to our given address.
Customers must notify us via WhatsApp within 12 hours of delivery.
No complaints will be entertained after 72 hours of item delivery.
General Conditions
Accessories cannot be exchanged.
Claims will be processed and settled within 7 business days.
The returned product will be sent to our Head Office for inspection and approval.
Any decision made by our Customer Care Department regarding complaints is final and binding, with no further modifications.
In all cases, the customer will bear the cost of sending item(s) back to us.

Our team will guide you through the process and advise on further steps.
Product Usage & Care
It is essential that care instructions mentioned on the product packaging, brochures, or flyers are followed strictly.
If the product is not used according to the provided guidelines, Lenses Craft will not be liable for adjustments or complaints.
Special Conditions
No exchange is available for products sold at discounted prices, promotional offers, or sales.
There is NO Refund Policy on purchased items.
