By purchasing from Lenses Craft, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully:

Exchange Policy

  • We provide an exchange only if there is any defective product.

  • Opened lenses cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.

  • Customers must check parcel contents before opening the seal of the product.

  • Unopened/defective items must be packed securely and sent back to our given address.

  • Customers must notify us via WhatsApp within 12 hours of delivery.

  • No complaints will be entertained after 72 hours of item delivery.

General Conditions

  • Accessories cannot be exchanged.

  • Claims will be processed and settled within 7 business days.

  • The returned product will be sent to our Head Office for inspection and approval.

  • Any decision made by our Customer Care Department regarding complaints is final and binding, with no further modifications.

  • In all cases, the customer will bear the cost of sending item(s) back to us.

Exchange Process

  • For initiating an exchange, the customer must call our Helpline.

  • Our team will guide you through the process and advise on further steps.

Product Usage & Care

  • It is essential that care instructions mentioned on the product packaging, brochures, or flyers are followed strictly.

  • If the product is not used according to the provided guidelines, Lenses Craft will not be liable for adjustments or complaints.

Special Conditions

  • No exchange is available for products sold at discounted prices, promotional offers, or sales.

  • There is NO Refund Policy on purchased items.
