Refund & Exchange Policy

At Lenses Craft, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds, items purchased from our store can be replaced or exchanged within 10 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange

An item may be exchanged if:

  • The size, color, or product details do not match the description provided at the time of purchase.

  • The product is unused and in original condition.

  • All labels, tags, and packaging are intact and not tampered with.

Important Notes

  • Exchanges will only be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved by our Quality Control team.

  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or at discounted prices are not eligible for exchange.

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to us.

  • There is strictly NO Refund Policy on purchased items.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact our Customer Support/Helpline within 10 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, issue details, and product images (if required).

  3. Our representative will guide you through the process and provide the return/exchange instructions.
