General Conditions

• Accessories cannot be exchanged.

• All claims will be processed and settled within a one-week time period.

• Returned products will be forwarded to our Head Office for inspection and approval.

• Any decision or decree given by our Customer Care Department regarding complaints is final and binding, and not subject to further modifications.

Returns & Exchanges

• In all cases, the customer will bear the cost of sending item(s) back to us.

• For initiating an exchange, the customer must call our Helpline. Our representative will guide you through the process and provide next steps.

• No exchange options are available for products sold at discounted prices, promotions, or sale items.

• Opened lenses cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.

Product Usage & Liability

• It is essential that care instructions mentioned on the product packaging, brochures, or flyers are followed exactly.

• If a product has not been used in accordance with the provided instructions, Lenses Craft will not be liable for adjustment of the complaint.
